Lebron has the Clutch Gene!?!

Is Lebron James clutch? It is a subject that has been debated hundreds, if not thousands of times on television and radio shows across the country and across the world. So.. is he clutch? Well most people you ask will probably say no. Either for the reason that they still hate Lebron for what he did to Cleveland or because they really just don't trust him. But either way, clutch gene or no clutch gene, King James made big plays last night late in a huge game. I still don't know if id rather have DWade or Lebron take the last shot in a game 7 of the Finals, but The Miami Heat definitely have 2 great choices!

HEAT vs THUNDER Highlights (April 4, 2012)

Dwayne Wade Career Highlights

JUST WATCH!!

Lebron Outshines Durant

Wow! What a game. Tonights Miami Heat vs OKC game was everything it was hyped up to be, and more! All of the stars played well. Durant made a few shots late, and so did Westbrook, but they were no match for King James and the Miami Heat. Tonight the Heat showed why they made it to the Finals last year, and why everyone is expecting them to make it again this year. If this was indeed a "Finals Preview" then i cant wait for June!
BTW! How do you feel about the MVP race after tonight game? #LebronOrDurant

HEAT vs OKC Preview

STATEMENT GAME!! Cant make it any more clear than that. It is obvious to every NBA fan that the Miami Heat and the Oklahoma City Thunder are 2 of the best, if not THE 2 best, teams in the NBA right now. After the first game where Oklahoma City pretty much dominated the entire game from start to finish, I expect the Heat to come out strong and with a lot of energy.
The other storyline going on in this game (cause there are many), is the MVP race. The race for the MVP award had basically come down to either Lebron James or Kevin Durant. After the last matchup between the two teams Durant put on a brilliant performance and in many people eyes passed Lebron for MVP. So consider tonight the game to see who will be MVP, mark my words.

Prediction
HEAT 108
THUNDER 103

Good Game vs Philly!

The Miami Heat finally looked a little more like their old selves in this game, which they played without Dwyane Wade. With Dwyane Wade out Lebron had to take over the role of finisher and he did just that. Lebron scored the final 15 points for the Heat and killed any chance the 76ers had of winning. This game was definitely a good start, but thats all it is, a start. Yesterdays game was really just the warmup for the Game tonight vs Oklahoma City. The OKC Thunder are an extremely talented young team and dominated their last game vs the Heat. This game could be a BIG statement game for the Heat?
Will they get the W?

What do you think of the performances of The Big 3 so far this season?

Heat Struggling

It almost sounds stupid to say a team is struggling when they are currently holding a 15 game winning streak at home. But their performances on the road have been subpar at best, especially with the potential that this team possesses. Lebron has not been as aggressive in this recent stretch of games and its hurting them. But the blame for the recent failure can not all be heaped on lebrons shoulders. The rest of the Miami Heat need to contribute as well (Chris Bosh 2-11 fgs last game).
Coach Spoelstra is also clearly upset with this teams recent struggles and was adamant after the Celtics loss that they needed to be better. The next day Spoelstra held an extended practice to prepare for the Philidelphia 76ers on Tueday.
Will the Heat get out of their slump before the playoffs?

Lebron vs Durant for MVP

This 2012 shortened NBA season has had no shortage of excitement for Miami Heat fans. The Heat have been dominating their opposing schedule night after night and Lebron James is playing the best basketball of his carrier. An MVP season right? Not so fast. There is another star quickly emerging in the NBA by the name of Kevin Durant. Kevin Durant is currently 2nd in the NBA in scoring (Kobe 1st, Lebron 3rd) and has the Oklahoma City Thunder Playing at an extremely high level, especially as of late. The opposite can be said for the Miami Heat. The Miami Heat have been struggling and although much of the blame goes to the role players, Lebron decrease in productivity is also clear. Due to these recent events in the NBA many analysts are switching their picks for MVP from Lebron to Durant. It it clear that both are having amazing seasons and both posses the potential to be great. But the 2012 MVP!?! Who is it? Leave your opinions in the comments!
